Information about returns, refunds, and damaged items at Karpatia Store.

1. Returns overview

Many of our products are fresh or perishable, which means the standard 14-day no-obligation right of withdrawal may not always apply. If any item is delivered in poor condition, damaged or past its expiry date, please contact us immediately and we will do our best to resolve the issue.

2. Conditions for returns

  • Items eligible for return must be unused and undamaged.
  • Where possible, the original packaging and labels should be retained.
  • Discounted / sale items may be subject to limited or case-by-case return options.

3. How to return

  • Contact our customer service to request an RA (Return Authorisation) number.
  • Clearly mark the RA number on the parcel or the accompanying document.
  • Pack the item securely and send it to the address provided, or arrange collection with us.

4. Refunds

  • Refunds are issued after the returned items have been received and inspected.
  • We refund to the original payment method, unless agreed otherwise.
  • Shipping costs are generally non-refundable, except in cases of our error or faulty goods.

5. Exchanges

For exchanges, please follow the return process above and place a new order for the desired item(s).

6. Damaged or faulty items

If you receive a damaged or faulty product:

  • Notify us within 2 days of delivery.
  • Include clear photos of the product and packaging.
  • We will work with you on a suitable solution (replacement, refund or partial credit).

7. Order cancellation

Orders may be cancelled within 3 hours, provided they have not yet been processed or dispatched. To cancel, please contact us using the details below.
