1. How to order
- Select the desired products and add them to your cart.
- When you are ready, click the cart icon in the top-right corner.
- Review the cart contents, quantities and total amount.
- Choose your preferred shipping method.
- Fill in the checkout form with accurate and complete details.
- Once payment is received, your order will be processed.
- You will receive an order confirmation by e-mail.
2. Delivery and collection
- The courier may notify you of the expected delivery time and, where applicable, if the parcel is delivered to a trusted neighbour.
- If neither personal collection nor delivery to a neighbour is possible, delivery may fail and any additional costs (e.g. re-delivery) may be charged to you.
- Karpatia reserves the right to modify the delivery date or time; in such cases we will notify you in advance.

We take full responsibility for the parcel until successful delivery — meaning hand-over to you or a trusted neighbour.
