We offer domestic delivery within the United Kingdom.

Minimum order for delivery: £30.

2. Processing Time

Orders are usually processed within 7 working days after payment is received. During peak times or increased workload, processing may take longer. If this happens, we will notify you by email.

3. Shipping Fee

Delivery costs £10 for every order, regardless of the order total.

To ensure successful delivery, always provide: full name, address, phone number and email address.

4. Tracking & Notifications

After your order is processed, we will send a shipping confirmation. If the courier provides tracking details, we will share them with you via email or message.

5. Lost or Stolen Parcel

In case of a lost or stolen parcel, the courier service is primarily responsible for parcels after delivery confirmation. If your order is lost, misdelivered, or stolen, please contact the courier service first using the provided information.
